Interview credits
HirePick sells prepaid interview credits. Credits are reserved when you invite a candidate and unused credits may return to your organization balance when an interview ends early, an invite expires unused, or a candidate is removed before starting.
No cash refunds
Unused interview credits are not refundable for cash, credit card reversal, or other monetary reimbursement. Credits remain available in your organization wallet for future invites unless otherwise required by law.
Purchases
Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe. Credits are added only after successful payment confirmation via Stripe webhook. Failed or incomplete payments do not grant credits.
